Currently, HDC handles the exclusive leasing and property management for over 30 properties, containing over 1,100,000 square feet located on the Virginia Peninsula. These properties include Class "A" office buildings, "flex" space, medical facilities, office condominiums and warehouse/distribution centers, most heavily concentrated in City Center at Oyster Point in Newport News.
